The story
Built by people who know riders.
Velotric was co-founded by Adam Zhang, formerly of Lime, after years of watching millions of people discover how much better short trips feel on two wheels.
That experience shaped a simple goal: make well-engineered, safety-certified e-bikes that feel easy to own, with a lineup covering daily commutes, city cruising, weekend trails, and compact storage.

Every Velotric comes with a 2-year limited warranty. Register the bike free within 60 days and coverage extends automatically. All periods run from your original purchase date, and PedalJets handles the claim process with you in the shop.
